林文,本名李敏榆,云南昆明人, 2004年毕业于四川大学并获得计算机软件与理论专业硕士研究生学位。曾在中兴通讯上海研发中心和华为上海研究所供职多年。一直从事软件研发工作。在华为工作期间曾获得2009年华为无线软件精英大赛冠军。
