作者简介：

张志彬，男，1979年生，湖南桃江人，湖南大学应用经济学博士，副教授（已公示），硕士研究生导师，湖南科技大学企业发展研究所副所长。主要讲授微观经济学、宏观经济学、西方经济学说史和区域经济学等课程，获2013年湖南省普通高校教师课堂教学竞赛一等奖。主要研究方向为产业经济学、城市经济学，先后主持 社科基金青年项目1项，湖南省社科基金重点项目1项，湖南省社科基金一般项目2项，湖南省教育厅项目1项，在《中国科技论坛》《经济纵横》和《农村经济》等CSSCI刊物上发表学术论文20余篇。

内容提要：

本书以“我国国民经济和社会发展十二五规划纲要”“ 关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定”和“ 新型城镇化规划（2014？—2020）”为指导，把“推动生产 业发展作为产业结构优化升级的战略性重点”和“在大型城市形成生产 业为主的产业结构”相结合，在充分利用现有城市经济可持续发展和生产 业理论研究成果的基础上，主要从分工理论、价值链理论和产业集聚理论的角度，基于生产 业的知识密集、产业关联和中间投入等基本产业特征，研究城市经济转型过程中生产 业所扮演的关键性角色，以及生产 业对城市经济可持续发展的影响机制、路径和政策选择。
