焦雪,江苏省气象灾害防御技术中心副主任,正高级,江苏省第五期“333高层次人才培养工程”第三层次培养对象。中国气象服务协会防雷减灾委员会专家,江苏省文物局文物保护专家库成员,南京信息工程大学学院防雷安全培训授课专家。主要从事雷电科学与防护技术研究,主持或参加多项、省部级科研项目,在国内外期刊发表学术十余篇。
本书是江苏省防雷减灾协会专家编写。
