张一民 北京体育大学教授,博士生导师,中国运动与健康研究院副院长,运动与体质健康实验室主任,运动人体科学实验教学示范中心副主任。主要研究方向为运动促进健康、运动员科学选材。先后主持过科技攻关计划、科技支撑计划、重点研发计划课题以及省部级课题等各类课题50余项,牵头修订《学生质健康标准》(2014年版),2次获全国群众体育个人称号,多次获得中国体育科学学会“体育科学技术奖”一等奖、二等奖和三等奖。
李红娟北京体育大学运动人体科学学院教授,博士生导师。入选“中青年专业技术人才百人计划”“北京市健康科普专家”等。主要研究方向为儿童青少年与体质评估、体力活动与健康促进等。先后主持和参与科技支撑计划等课题30余项,在国内外发表科研100余篇,出版《体力活动与健康促进》等学术著作。相关研究成果获得省部级科技进步一等奖等科研奖励。
本书是北京体育大学实验中心从日本的运动康复系列图书之一, 图书以健康教育学、运动流行病学、运动生理学、成长发育学、运动心理学、残疾人体育科学等为视角, 在运动学的基础上选取了必要的内容, 提出了学习健康运动所必需的内容, 并针对普通大众的健康及常见病症的运动康复, 对健康进行整体规划, 提供了运动处方及康复办法。
