韩平,1980年生于湖北省武汉市。2002年于大连海事大学法学院。2003年在英国布里斯托大学获法学硕士。2007年在英国格拉斯哥大学获法学博士。曾任华南靠前仲裁院和深圳仲裁委员会仲裁员。现任深圳大学法学院副教授。主要著作包括《靠前私法》(合著),《中国靠前私法学》(合著)。在多份法律刊物发表文章,如《法学》、《学评》、Frontiers of Law in China等。
