姜全红,英语语言文学学士，经济学硕士，管理学博士，北京航空航天大学外语学院副教授，曾担任北航外语学院副院长、日本工学院大学孔子学院中方院长，参与筹备和组织2008年北京奥运会，作为“中加政府互换访问学者”赴加拿大渥太华大学管理学院访问交流。主持和参与科技部、工信部、国家知识产权局、加拿大国家创新基金、亚太空间多边合作秘书处等部委和国际课题10项，在《Nature》等国内外学术期刊发表论文30多篇，主编或参编教材著作6部。
