李兰娟,中国工程院阮士、教授、主任医师、博士生导师、从事传染病临床、科研和教学工作30余年,是我国有名的传染病学家,作为我国人工肝的开拓者地创建独特有效的人工肝支持系统治疗重型肝炎获重大突破,抢先发售提出感染微生态学理论,从微生态角度来审视感染的发生、发展和结局,为感染防洽提供了崭新的思路。承担了国家“863”、“973”、“十五”攻关、国家科学基金重点项目等课题10余项发表论文200余篇,其中SCI收录30余篇,授权专刮8项以完成.人获得国家科技进步二等奖2项,省科技进步一等奖4项,教育部高校推广应用奖二等奖1项现任传染病诊治国家重点实验室主任、国家传染病学重点学科、211建设学科学术带头人,浙江省科协主席、浙江省传染病重点实验室主任。
担任中华医学会副会长,中国卫生信息仂、会副会长中国生物医学工程学会副理事长、中华医学会感染病学分会主任委员、肝衰竭与人工肝学组组长,全国人工肝培训基地主任,中国医师协会感染病专科医师分会会长,中华预防医学会微生态专业委员会副主任委员,靠前血液净化学会理事,浙江省医学会会长,《中华临床感染病杂志》、《中国微生态学杂志》、《浙江医学》主编及《中华传染病杂志》、《靠前流行病学传染病学杂志》副主编等学术职务主编出版了我国首部《人工肝脏》、《感染微生态学》和教育部规划教材《传染病学》等专著15部近年倡议开展“健康面对面”行动计划,作为总负责人承担了国家科技支撑计划课题“国家数字卫生关键技术和区域示范应用研究”项目,为实现数字卫生、健康中国而努力一还担任国家十一五传染病防治科技重大专项总体专家组专家、“综合防治示范区和现场研究”责任专家组组长和国家防治甲型H1N1流感专家委员会临床诊治组组长,为我国传染病诊治作出了重大贡献。
本书是作者在2012人卫版《感染微生态学》(中文版)基础上翻译而成的。已列入与Springer的合作出版计划,也是《中国特色医学丛书》之一,是与中国工程院医学卫生学部合作的第二本由院士主编的图书。感染微生态学是属于传染病和微生态学的一个交叉领域。本专著包括基础理论及感染微生态学的一些关键技术,并阐述不同系统的感染性疾病的临床表现特征。本书还阐述了新的抗感染方法,及临床治疗经验。
