罗震光：上海作家协会会员，先后任职于青年报，生活周刊，新民晚报，专擅调查新闻。从业20年，先后发表特稿、调查新闻300余篇。

犹太难民来沪，是当年媒体始终关注的新闻。本书通过二战时期上海主流报纸《申报》、《黄报》、《四友月刊》、《号角》、《民意周刊》等，还包括犹太人自己办的《犹太早报》，以及欧洲的“黄包车”网站回忆录和纪念馆的《犹太人的日记》，通过截取不同时期的报道，叙述了媒体关注犹太难民什么，犹太难民又在关注什么，追忆犹太难民在上海隔都的难忘岁月。

罗震光编著的《犹太难民与上海》丛书由上海交通大学出版社出版，包括四册散文故事和一册故事绘本，分别为《海上方舟》《情牵虹口》《尘封往事》《上海记忆》和《海上明月——犹太人在上海画影》，共收录故事108篇、图片500余幅和四幅长卷，集合了散落在世界各地的“虹口记忆”和“上海故事”，生动反映了犹太难民与上海的历史情结和近况。同日首发的还有《和平·友善·包容》专题纪念邮册和《上海方舟》主题纪念铜章。 本书为《尘封往事》。
