Three real world conflicts with hierarchical structure are discussed in this Shawei’s《多层次冲突图模型研究(英文版)》:controversies over the water diversions in China, the competition in the sales ofaircraft between Airbus and Boeing, and the disputes between the USA and Chinaover greenhouse gas emissions. In each conflict, the resolutions for DMs obtained by the stability calculations reflect their broader vision and their comDrehensiveunderstanding of the hierarchical conflicts.
By developing these hierarchical graph models, this book adopts a quantitativeapproach to analyzing interrelated conflicts for researchers. The intensive 8tudvof the three real world conflicts in the book can give new and signiflcant insightstn practitioners to mitigate, resolve,or even avoid conflicts.
