陈菲琼，女，1961年出生于杭州，毕业于浙江大学工商管理学院，博士，现任浙江大学经济学院教授、博士生导师。1985年留学德国汉诺威大学，师从Dr. PETER BROSCH教授。1995年再度赴德，作为访问学者在德国柏林工业大学师从Dr. Klaus Kuenkel教授。主要研究方向：国际投资与跨国公司、企业联盟、企业战略管理。
