that the CPC is not a party that embraces democracy. Is this true?
Othe believe that the people's congress system is not really
democratic and the political coultation system is a \"political
farce\". Is this also true? Some western countries accuse the CPC of
monopolizing power through one Party so that governance lacks
inclusiveness, representativeness and legitimacy, showing a lack of
harmony with the wave of democracy worldwide. Is this correct? The
18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the largest
governing party in any developing country, attracted the attention
of the international community to the opinio and activities of the
CPC, including issues concerning intra-Party and outer-Party
democracy. The international community, with divergent views, tries
