诺桑(Norsang Gelaor),西藏大学教授,主要从事西藏高原太阳能辐射资源和太阳能技术等新能源方面的教学和研究工作。在靠前外发表学术论文40多篇学术论文,包括12篇SCI论文。
作者通过对西藏高原太阳紫外线观测与数据分析,结合太阳紫外线和臭氧的背景物理理论,运用辐射传输方程模型计算,对西藏高原太阳紫外辐射及其遮蔽物臭氧进行了深入研究。
