    李成华,博士,研究员,博士生导师,国务院学位委员会第八届水产学科评议组成员,国家很好青年科学基金获得者,“海洋牛物技术与工程”国家地方联合工程实验室主任,“水产生物技术”教育部重点实验室副主任,国家自然科学基金生命学部很好青年科学基金/学科评审组会评专家,国家外专局重点引智项目会评专家,Asian Society of Developmental and Comparative Immunology(ASDCI)理事,巾国海洋与湖沼学会棘皮动物分会理事,中同水产学会鱼病专业委员会委员。兼任靠前学术期刊Frontiers in Molecular Immunology主编,Fronttiers in Genetics、《水产学报》和《大连海洋大学学报》编委。入选2020年“爱思唯尔”中国高被引学者水产学科榜单,获浙江省“万人计划”科技创新领军人才、浙江省高校领军人才、曾呈奎海洋青年科技奖、中国水产学会首届青年科技奖、浙江省杰出青年科学基金、浙江省农业科技优选工作者、宁波市有突出贡献专家等荣誉和人才工程资助。主持国家重点研发计划课题和子课题各1项、同家自然科学基金5项以及浙江省自然科学基金杰出青年科学基金、重点基金和浙江省科技厅靠前合作项目等科研项目。以作者或通讯作者在PLoS Pathogens、Journal of Immunology、Genetics、Virulence、Review in Aquaculture、Environmental Microbiology等期刊发表SCI论文150余篇。以完成.人获2019年度高等学校科学研究很好成果奖(科学技术)自然科学奖二等奖(“刺参弧菌性疫病发生的分子基础及其生态防控机理”)、浙江省高等学校科研成果奖一等奖、宁波市科学技术奖三等奖和二等奖各1项。

    《刺参感染与免疫学》为国内外第一部系统介绍刺参疾病病原和宿主免疫防御机制的专业书籍。该书在系统总结刺参生物学特征和产业发展现状的基础上,系统梳理了刺参主要疾病的流行病特征、病原类型和检测技术方法,进而聚焦危害最严重、死亡率最高和发病最广的刺参腐皮综合征发生的分子调控机制,结合李成华研究员团队在该领域十多年科研成果,同时衔接国内外刺参疾病与免疫学研究的最新进展,对宿主免疫防御机制与病原致病机制进行了系统描述。从免疫因子高通量发掘、免疫信号通路功能鉴定、代谢免疫和肠道微生物,体腔细胞的分类和免疫功能分化等方面阐述了宿主的体液免疫和细胞免疫防御机制。同时,聚焦灿烂弧菌等刺参腐皮综合征的典型病原的溶血素、金属蛋白酶、铁吸收等毒力因子阐释了病原的致病机制和调控途径。基于上述基础研究成果,从抗病育种、免疫增强剂和“抗毒力”生物制剂的开发以及噬菌体应用等方面深入探讨了刺参病害防治及生态防控策略。
