    本书基于资源与能力的视角,首先对硬科技孵化器资源行动演化与硬科技孵化器工程化能力问题进行研究,其次对硬科技孵化器被孵企业组合管理、硬科技孵化器知识共享治理、硬科技孵化器多基地资源联动、硬科技孵化器线上线下体系整合问题进行研究,最后对硬科技创业孵化生态的构建与演化问题进行研究。以期能够在理清硬科技创业孵化研究整体思路的基础上,研究出有关孵化规律,为硬科技孵化器的建设及规范提供参考和指导。
    本书的特色主要有:第一,考察了孵化器在内层网络发展不同阶段所采取的资源行动,有效激发孵化器资源行动在内层网络中的积极效用,填补了已有文献对于孵化器资源行动动态性的忽视所形成的理论缺口。第二,对孵化器的工程化核心能力进行研究,有助于理解硬科技孵化器如何获得并维持持续竞争优势。第三,揭示了被孵企业间实现价值共创的过程以及孵化器促进和保障被孵企业间价值共创的具体机制。第四,从知识视角出发,结合创业孵化领域的实际,归纳了该领域中知识共享的过程,并以此为基础分析了被孵企业在孵化过程中所面临的问题和困难,强调了孵化器主动进行知识治理的必要性,探讨了一种针对被孵企业间知识共享过程进行治理的孵化机制。第五,提出内层网络情境下孵化器资源联动价值的实现机制,既是对现有关于孵化内层网络有效性研究的细化与延伸,也能够填补现有研究对于孵化总部这一网络治理角色忽视所形成的理论空缺,解释了资源联动过程有序进行的微观机制,弥补了已有研究对于孵化器内部主体多元性和差异性的忽视所形成的理论缺口。第六,提出孵化器资源聚合会随外界互联网技术进步、自身技术积累和企业需要生存的紧迫感的加强而变化,克服了以往企业技术创新的静态视角,从资源聚合动态演进视角,剖析了孵化器线上线下资源聚合方式的动态规律性。第七,通过纵向研究发现了以孵化器为中心的创业生态系统的演化机制,廓清了不同要素之间互动的逻辑关系。
    本书能够为技术孵化领域后续研究提供一定的参考与启发,还能为技术孵化实务领域工作者提高孵化效率、帮助技术创业企业更好成长提供借鉴。


    杨德林,现任清华大学经济管理学院长聘教授,中国技术经济学会副理事长兼青年工作委员会主任委员、技术孵化与创新生态分会主任委员,中国企业管理研究会副会长。获中国社会科学院研究生院企业管理专业博士学位。他的研究兴趣为基于技术的创新/创业管理,制度变革与创新/创业管理等;主要研究成果发表在 Organization Science, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal,   Journal of Engineering and Technology Management等英文期刊和《管理世界》,《南开管理评论》,《中国管理科学》,《中国软科学》,《科研管理》,《中国工业经济》等中文期刊。他作为负责人已经完成和正在进行的课题包括国家社科基金重大项目,国家重点研发计划课题,国家自然科学基金课题,教育部人文社科重点研究基地重大项目,等等。
